Your Space
The Lake House is a 1800 century villa formed by eleven apartments each with a living-room, bathroom, kitchenette and one or two bedrooms.
On the top of our hill among the olive trees there is our swimming-pool, 26 meters x 5.5 meters long with a bathroom, sun beds, umbrellas and a designed secret garden and a wonderful view over the lake and its islands.
At the center of the property there’s our restaurant that is exclusive for our venue guests offering breakfast and dinner for retreats and events and dinner for our holiday guests.
In the lowest part of Dogana there is a small vegetable garden, Lucia beloved piece of paradise, where all guests can go to pick up some vegetables, fresh eggs, enjoy the flowers and pet the farm animals (special breed of chickens, geese, rescued horses, bees).

Retreat Price is $3,400 per person double occupancy in shared bedroom
Retreat Price is $4,000 per person single occupancy in shared apartment
