Why Now?

Because something shifts with time. I built two careers, raised a family, held space for others in a variety of ways and through it all, I’ve come to see that what I truly crave isn’t more… it’s meaning. With that, I began the process to create retreats that weren’t just escapes, but intentional spaces for transformation. Since then, that vision has quietly taken root in conversation with my yoga friendships.
Now, in this next chapter, I feel called to share what’s essential ~ not polished or performative, but real. Wild Stillness isn’t about launching something new; it’s about returning to what’s always been waiting. This is the season for depth, for simplicity, for stillness and for walking that path with others who are ready for the same.
Upcoming Retreats
There are moments in life when we’re called to step outside the noise ~ to move our bodies, quiet our minds, and reconnect with something deeper. My upcoming 2026 retreat and Italy is just that: sacred invitations to return to the wild, to stillness, and to yourself.
Whether it’s hiking through the beautiful olive groves or practicing yoga in a beautiful open-aired studio overlooking the mountains, these experiences are designed to go beyond rest ~ they’re about renewal. This retreat offers daily yoga, silent walking meditation, guided meditation, time in nature, nourishing food, and space to breathe, reflect, journal and connect. And most of all, it's about community ~ real, heartfelt connection with others who are also walking the path inward.
If you’re craving time away that feels more like a return than an escape, I invite you to join me and my friend and yoga teacher extraordinaire, Damien Groark. This journey is for the seekers, the steady, the brave ~ and for anyone ready to rediscover the stillness within.
